If it's the team I think you're talking about, I saw one of their rejection convos.
They only want those who are "favorites" of Admin. If Admin hasn't regularly featured you (or your treasuries) on the front page, Etsy Finds, Storque articles or on Twitter, they don't want you.
They are trying to be a Powerhouse Front Page machine. (yes they used the word Powerhouse, LOL)
