Clarification of what we can sell here needed

I think this person is confused - asking if screenprinters need to list where they purchased clothing items that they printed their design onto. This would be like making jewelry artists give up their suppliers (and gods forbid you list Wal-Mart!) or Vintage item sellers to list the best places they've found their items.
