I love how admin chimed in but didn't close it. If it would have been a different person posting that, it would have been closed in a heartbeat for "calling out".

Yeah the whole first post seems to be directed at a specific buyer, it even mentions things they said to her in emails...why not just tell that person the policy by convo, instead of starting a passive-aggressive public thread about it?
It's still calling out even if the other user can't be identified, right?
