RD should not be allowed to post in forums. He locks every bug thread he doesn't want too fix, and denies any bugs exist. Blames everything on "user error". He did this about the policy page data loss at first too, remember? Until enough people kept reporting it and then, oops, yeah I guess there is a real bug after all.

ok, Etsy has apparently lost their damn minds. They're dealing with 2 of the biggest bath and body sellers, who bring them tons of fees each month, and they're dismissing their concerns??? this is why more and more top sellers are leaving to other venues and starting their own sites.

What's amazing is that apparently RD is lacking in the reading comprehension department. That doesn't speak well for his ability to find bugs in his code.

Oh wait, that would be assuming that he's competent.... silly me.

What? Why? Why would he close any of those threads? "he saw no evidence"?? What???
my puzzlement is only exceeded by my total disillusionment.

I have a bug issue that is still findable in my store that I've reported on multiple occasions (because it has happened multiple times), only to have my threads locked by RD stating that they're 'not repeatable', in a way that indicates that he obviously hasn't read what I've written.

I've given very clear, precise instructions on how to see the discrepancy quickly from his end so it's obvious to me that he has no intention of fixing these issues.
