Should I worry about being flagged for Re-selling on this listing?

It is amazing how many people replied "email admin and ask them" when the OP already said two times on page 1 that they DID ask admin and were told it was fine to sell them. (not saying I agree with that ruling but that is not the question which was asked!)

Please read the whole post, people. Don't just read the first sentence, or read every 5th word. The question was not "Is it allowed?" That had already been answered by admins. The question was not "If you made the rules, should this be allowed?"
The question was "do you think people will flag it?"
The people who suggested different photos or different wording were helpful.
