I feel for the OP-"knew" or not, the customer has a responsibility to read the description before purchasing. Another example of the customer being wrong and the seller 'paying' for it. When will Etsy start to take care of its internal customers by reviewing these unwarranted feedbacks and veto'ing them.

this says 0 negatives.

Etsy won't even remove negatives left by NON-PAYING non-buyers, but they do remove negatives left by paying buyers that can't read.

Don't get me wrong I do think it should be removed but SO SHOULD the malicious retaliatory feedback by non-payers!
