I really wish admins would answer a question at the same time they lock the thread. There was recently a big Storque article spotlighting sellers from South Africa, and in the first paragraph it says one of their handicaps is that they can''t use paypal. So this issue is known by admins, they could have answered the question in general terms,and then locked it, instead of just locking it.
