Karina... look 2 threads up from this one in Closed Threads... it should say something like Help for a fellow artisan... **********************************
As for rudeness... while some people were just a little snippy... I didnt see any rudeness until AFTER the OP came back to scold the people who were asking for more info, telling her she wasnt allowed to post that there.. etc.
I did see quite a few times that people directed OP to the HOST thread, which most assuredly would have been the right place to go.
I think she over reacted in this case and if she had paid better attention to the responses she would have had the info she needed to help out her friend.

I agree, keala.
December 23, 2008 at 1:12:00 PM ESTThe OP definitely had an attitude but the questions asked of her cause weren't out of line at all.
It bugs me that these solicitation threads are posted outside of the official HOST thread.
It's like we're horrible people if we decide not to contribute.
I'm glad etsy has a rule against posting solicitation threads - you never know if it's legit or not.
