I wonder if the buyer didn't contact the seller before leaving the feedback because they might have thought they wouldn't get a response.... there was more to that neutral than "the photo arrived damaged"; there was this, too:

"Seller not as quick as others to reply to emails, never heard response to 1st email inquiry about mounting/framing, had I had a response, I would have purchased it in a shadow box, I really wanted photo, so bought it anyway..."
