Wow Hyena really needs to shut the fuck up on this one. I don't give a shit if the CHILD had alcohol and drugs willingly - rape is still RAPE. NO still means NO. Stop still means STOP.

He ran out on a court date, thus the warrent. Thus the arrest.
He wants the case thrown out due to mishandling? Well, sorry, but you have to be IN the courtroom to do that, which means, he has to be HERE.

Just because she and her friends had sex at 13 doesn't mean that every other 13yo girl wants to have sex. And no always, always, always means no.
Hyena wasn't muted...she kept saying that she was going to self-mute herself from the forums forever out of taking a stand against Etsy or whatever...said it in a few threads, and then took off for a month or so.
