Bella was a word before Twilight. It means 'beautiful' in Italian. It was a very common name for items that have nothing to do with Twilight.

yeah, the bella thing may be true but those twilight sellers are getting sneaky with tagging. i was looking up earrings and i saw some that where my birthstone i clicked on the item and noticed the description mentioning that the red was from the "color of his eyes" and it was tagged newmoon
