Um, I had a buyer send a $360.00+ money order to me several months ago - both the MO and the buyer are MIA. Never received the MO and never heard from the buyer again. So yeah, it does happen. The postal system sucks, especially when you live in a small town like I live in. If you have the receipt for your money orders, you can call to see if they've been cashed. If they haven't been cashed, obviously the sellers aren't lying to you. Duh.
