Oh FFS it's a neutral and it clearly shows that the customer doesn't know what ACEO means.

I wish people would stop complaining about their neutral (or even negative) feedbacks.

Well but Chantelle, that buyer has done the same thing to like a dozen sellers. Look at her "feedback left for others". Every other one is "looked smaller than expected" and every listing has the size clearly listed in inches and also some in metrics!
So rather than the customer always being right, this particular customer is always wrong, when it comes to visualizing what an inch looks like.
The buyer also complains in feedback about chips or cracks on vintage items when the chips or cracks were clearly disclosed in the listing!

I have nothing useful to add, except this made me laugh:

I didnt think the buyer's feeedback was all that bad, she seems to be a bit "chatty" about the details of purchases but I think she just thinks she's being a good Etsian. So she's left 3 neutrals..so what!

In real life people bitch shops all the time, everyone's got an opinion and if your going to put yourself out there in Etsy or in the real world your going to have to learn to deal with everyone not being 100% happy all the time.

I posted before checking out the buyer, and yes, the feedback is unwarranted and stupid. Apparently this buyer is illiterate. Can etsy get rid of a buyer for posting ridiculous feedback?

Even so, people who read that particular bit of feedback are going to know that the buyer is the one in total wrong... not the seller.

That buyer seems to have a continual problem with things looking "smaller than expected". Her poor husband.:P

Check all her feedback. Many of the positives also complain about the size of items, when the size is clearly listed in the description. And complain about flaws on vintage items that were properly disclosed up front. Don't buy an an item with disclosed flaws and then complain it has flaws!

I once bought some beads and I was surprised how small they were. That macro photography can be so good and clear it makes things look big, KWIM? But it was my own fault for having incorrect expectations because the size was actually stated in the listing. I didn't say anything about the size in my feedback, because the mistake was mine. And now I keep a ruler right by my computer and when something says 5 mm I check and see exactly how big that looks.
