You shouldn't have to convo the seller. Everywhere else means EVERYWHERE ELSE.
If the seller doesn't want to ship everywhere else for the price listed, than take that out altogether.
If I make a mistake in my shipping prices, I eat the difference. No way would I ask the buyer for more money or cancel the sale. I hope this seller gets a well deserved negative.
