So an Etsy Admin can say whatever on Twitter, but you can't bring it up on the forums? Nice one. Also, nice that RobWhite closed it on the grounds of the usual 'no calling out'. Would've been better if he actually addressed the problem, or said something along the lines 'Etsy regrets any assumption that may have been made that Admins take bribery from sellers. This is not the case.' But no... Just bad Etsian for bringin it up in the forums...
Seems that admin will hardly address the issue at hand, just use the copy/paste generic closing post. the admin was supposedly daniellexo, and the seller that sent her the shirt "she wanted so badly" is now in 2 or 3 gift guides. bribery? maybe. but it definitely is NOT right
I wanted this shirt from @xenotees for soooo long! Thanks @thepeachtree for getting it for me - you are a peach ;) http://bit.ly/4X2pUd 6:40 PM Dec 6th from web __________
Sugar and Spice, the admin is Daniellexo...that above is the tweet.
Sigh. Of course it's Daniellexo - the least professional etsy employee.
I wouldn't be surprised to find out that she decided who got into the GG based on how much each seller bribed her. I also wouldn't be surprised if she was the one putting the resellers and mis-taggers in the GG. She is that sloppy, lazy, and unprofessional.
She should have been fired ages ago. Without her, etsy can only go up.

how is it calling out when an admin puts something out publicly? Duh.
December 11, 2009 at 9:38:00 AM ESTwow...who is the admin?

Thepeachtree - who sent the t-shirt - is presently in 2 GGs, 18 treasuries, and has been on the FP 162 times since mid-march.

I love how someone in this thread said something like, the term cupcake came from somewhere, lol.
ah...my suspicions were correct
December 11, 2009 at 3:18:00 PM ESTThanks!
I don't get how you can be an admin and a user at the same time.
