I think everyone agreed that the designers did a great job, albeit not exactly what you'd expect to see in a multi-million dollar business.
The question that may not have been asked specifically, but could have been read between the lines was why Etsy thought this was a good idea. For one, Etsians were promised phone support a while ago, with Rob claiming to be 'sitting in a phone booth' that would soon be in use for phone support, and yet they were turned into private phonebooths for staff?? And second, do staff really need a 'discovery and play' area where they can have 'private business calls'?? Not to mention third, was this done with fee-money? Wow...

I for one am glad I am no longer a seller there! Another gigantic Etsy FAIL.

"Discovery and play". Sheesh, I know this is not your typical big business, but this kind of thing is so kindergarten it's laughable. When it's not scary.
