'Neutral' is just that; neutral. Isn't that what most feedbacks should be, unless there was something most amazing about the transaction? The OP is worried about the buyer's maturity, I think it's the OP who should check herself. OK, so your item wasn't amaaaaazing, but hey, it's alright. Just be happy it's not a negative....
