Refund after 18 months?

Hell no!
It's too late to open a paypal dispute, you only have 45 days for that.
It's too late to give neg feedback- you only have 90 days for that.

I would maybe offer to fix it for a fee, if it was fixable, but no way a refund.

I have a feeling sellers are going to see this happen more and more in the months to come.

Sounds like a desperate ploy to get money back for a purchase made when they had funds... and now they dont have funds or are in need of funds so they are gonna *try* to get the money back some way some how.

Desperation breeds delusion...

If you buy something, and 18 months later don't want it anymore and need some money, you can sell that thing. Sell the painting on Ebay.

Eclipse... I totally agree! Dont trash it in an attempt to get the money back. Thats just stupid.
