June 3, 2009 at 2:00:00 PM EDT...not that I claim to know what that means in relation to the question about using sweatshops for labor. I honestly couldn't find much info about OTC anywhere.
I've bought beads there, and they were cute in the catalog, but when I received mine.. not so much. They weren't the greatest quality either.
So needless to say, I never used any of the beads I ordered for anything I'd sell to a customer. I made a little kit with some beading twine for my little sister to make bracelets. She seemed to like it. hehe...
