"Dealing with it privately" means they don't have to deal with it at all if they choose not to. Resellers bring in a lot of money. Check out Vonlady's shop. She's been reported by countless people, yet there she stays.

It pisses me off and I'm a buyer-only. As a seller, you should be outraged. It could've been your work on the FP. Instead, it was some mass-produced item from China. Hell, you could've listed that. At the very least, it's misleading advertising and Etsy seems to condone it.

Get your head out of the clouds, girl, and don't believe everything you read.

It's ok, Suz. Vent away. We sellers are outraged for too many reasons to list. My biggest pet peeve is the tolerance of (and even encouraged) reselling of mass-produced. That's the biggest reason why my etsy shop is now closed.
