'I feel you on this'?? WTF?? What kind of comment is that to come from Admin? 'Yes, we completely messed up, we seriously need to look at our FP and need to work on making sure that what we put on there is actually within our TOU.' But no, she 'feels us on this'. Whatever the hell that means.
