Love that one sentence in the question 'I don't expect anyone to work round the clock'. Well, guess what.. Etsy is now a HUGE company, with almost half of its sellers and buyers outside the US. AND, Etsy is in New York, the city that famously never sleeps.

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that Etsy does not have 24/7 moderators and customers service. There are so many places of work where you have to work shifts, and where sometime... gasp..... you have to work weekends, holidays and even nights! It's about time that Etsy does the same.
