If you're going to start a thread calling someone an idiot, at least proofread the title.
Kinda sounds like you're the mom mentioned who won't spend money on food or a water bottle, just drugs. If not, maybe just a random person on drugs with an axe to grind? Poetsummer? cwebster? Bueller?
