Washington is not one of those states, but let's pretend for a moment that they do require such allegations to be present. This leaves you with one of two situations. Either she is lying now about "a history of acts of domestic violence" or she was lying by omission by pretending that everything was hunk dory when she and her friends were seeking charitable donations in the forums and elsewhere after he disappeared.
It's a sad situation all the way around.

I don't think I would give up on mine that soon even if he were an abusive bastard. Unless I had actual knowledge of his demise, I'd be waiting for him to come home so I could beat the crap out of him for leaving.

I was glad you posted this thread. Since this entire thing occurred on Etsy I have been trying to follow the story. On some sleuth type sites the allegations of secret life (and a nekkid pic of Nicolas) are shocking. Crazy spin to the original tale. Still a terrible situation all the way around.

Which I think means it was okay to get intensely personal when people were listing and paying fees and Etsy was benefitting from the charitable contributions but now that it looks like some good people were taken advantage of, let's pretend it never happened.

She knew what as up a week into it but she kept on opening her hands like a beggar. I hear she racked in over 20 thousand from all of the massive donations...where's that money now?
Yeah, let's pray so more.
